Whats ur goal ?!
My goal is to lose a little weight and to build muscles at my lags and arms (maybe a light sixpack) :)
i hope i get this goals with this app and healthy food

I definently need to lose weight But as you lose weight you tend to also gain muscle so I'm both. Lol

You can lose weight and tone and not necessarily gain muscle mass.
