Whats ur goal ?!
My goal is to lose a little weight and to build muscles at my lags and arms (maybe a light sixpack) :)
i hope i get this goals with this app and healthy food

I definently need to lose weight But as you lose weight you tend to also gain muscle so I'm both. Lol
