Can I just say: usually when I'm on floor to do leg lifts & even standing sometimes, a lower vertebrae pops. So, I don't do it a lot or I have to do it to the side or something.
Well, I did the 'spine butterfly' in my workout. I got this uncool dull passion, so, I stopped and went to the next move. I felt a little 'different', so, I tried a leg lift on my back.....NO popping! It's crazy! I love it!
