I need help! I've been working out a lot & my thighs have been getting smaller but my calves still look huge as heck! :/ are there any workouts that will help slim down my calves ?

Actually resistant band cave workouts help them to get toned but not to grow

You cant lose fat/weight at just 1 place. So no. You can loosr fat overal and probaly your calvs will get a lil smaller.

Hi, well for me I did a lot of running, squats, lunges & jump ropes

The rule is last on first off, which means the newest fat deposits come off first, you cant lose in any one focused area however. Do toe ups (stand on tip toes for 3 seconds then back flat) when ever you are standing around that will strengthen your calf muscles and stretch them to look a bit thinner and longer and not so buldish
