Exercising to close to bedtime will keep you awake all night. Not fun. Instead, getting a workout in the afternoon before dinner and after lunch is a good idea.
When I tried working out at night i was up all night from the buzz it gave me so for me, early
I always workout in,the morning after I have prayed and read my Bible and spent time with the Lord so from around 9 am I start workout usually end 10 or 11
When I'm done working for the day between 6 or 8 pm I get up 5 am
In the evening then small or no supper it's good way to lose weight
