When u guys do ur workout... in mornings or eves or both?? And how much time...

Exercise as soon as you wake up. You will have more energy throughout the day & instead of burning off calories from food, you'll be burning nothing but fat.

Exercising to close to bedtime will keep you awake all nightNot funInstead, getting a workout in the afternoon before dinner and after lunch is a good idea.

Its burning here man! Too hot.. so u have to get up early n do workout... sweat is the bloody problem....

When I tried working out at night i was up all night from the buzz it gave me so for me, early

I always workout in,the morning after I have prayed and read my Bible and spent time with the Lord so from around 9 am I start workout usually end 10 or 11

When I'm done working for the day between 6 or 8 pm I get up 5 am
