Honestly, yes planks of course xD but. Make sure to combine that with cardio. Burn . Then build . Burn ..thennnnn...build . There's a many ways to do this. The two most effective ways I know of are : A. Run, jog, treadmill, jump rope aka active cardio and after that do an Ab routine. Or B . Do HiiT training, high intensity interval training * the "i's" might be reversed? " . Which is essentially type a jampacked into one session but at a more intense pace. I do both personally depends on my phase . :) hope this helps :)
