Just what it says. No more, im tired. i had a long day, ill do extra tomorrow. NO! Get up! Get at it! Remeber fitness goes for the mind and soul too. Try to change more than just physical habits and a better overall change will take place. NO MORE Of im to this or im to that.. Get up! Get at it! Just 30mins every other day makes a difference. Only thing in your way, is you.
