I want a toned body quickly - which programme should I do were ill get quickest results I am determined to stick to this. I want toned tummy, legs and bum.
When most people say 'toned' they mean 'visible muscle definition' and to get that all most people need to do is burn fat. There are loads of options: cycle, run, swim, anything cardio really. Even HIIT/Tabata may help. I'd say mix it up so you don't get bored. I'd even throw in some calisthenics and weight training - just keep it high repetition.

In addition to working out, diet is a big part of that. Any results you'll get are going to be about 70% from a good diet and 30% from workouts. Especially if you want to trim down quickly.
I personally try to cut out on things like dairy and simple carbs that cause me to bloat. My mom was a body builder when she was in her 20s and that's what she always told me. Goodluck!
