I'm doing the whole fresh meat thing this year. What do you do to cross train? What kind of workouts do you do?

I played derby for two years.  You need endurance training- Intervals. Try Tabata.  Core,  core and more core. Strengthen your legs .
skating for 2 min jam  can feel like your running in mud for 10. Good luck.  Who's you team?
