Okay so i used to have an account but stopped using it nearly a year ago cus i jus wasnt motivated. Follow me and ill follow you. Then we can motivate eachother

You go girl I know it's hard to be motivated I have a toddler and a six year old so I know it's hard but u Gotta think to ur self u want to do it and u can even 5-10 mins a day can help u I have faith in you

To motivated yourself you can find a realistic goals like losing 5 pound in a month or be able to run for a certain amount of time. Also if you have a favorite outfit that doesn't fit you anymore you could make it your goal

i am for three lbs a week, that is a bit high but still possible this way i am constantly working cause i only have 7 days to do it

I'll follow you! My thing is to eat cleaner and be realistic with my goals. I don't have an 'ideal' weight... I just want to be healthy and active. :)

Alright sweetie i just followed you.just take it one exercice at a time and always visualize what you want to achieve while working out :-)
