To motivated yourself you can find a realistic goals like losing 5 pound in a month or be able to run for a certain amount of time. Also if you have a favorite outfit that doesn't fit you anymore you could make it your goal
I'll follow you! My thing is to eat cleaner and be realistic with my goals. I don't have an 'ideal' weight... I just want to be healthy and active. :)
