Hi, I have been watching what I eat & working out on a regular basis since January!!! I stared out at 230lb, and I am now at 176lbs! My goal was to be at 150 by July and didn't reach it, so I took a month off because I felt like a failure!! But now I'm back and really need ur help plz, I wanna reach my new goal of 135-140 by December!! Ty!!
You have done an amazing job so far!! You should b v proud of urself and I hope this inspires you to continue to reach your December target. As Joseph says, keep an eye on ur diet and kerp pushing your body - it needs to be challenged to change
Stop eating fat food do ur work outs and eat healthy
