Hi, I have been watching what I eat & working out on a regular basis since January!!! I stared out at 230lb, and I am now at 176lbs! My goal was to be at 150 by July and didn't reach it, so I took a month off because I felt like a failure!! 🙍 But now I'm back and really need ur help plz, I wanna reach my new goal of 135-140 by December!! Ty!! 😺

I would not call a 56lb loss a failure, you have done incredibly well

Intensify your cardio with weight training and watch your carb intake.  Stop all sugary drinks.  Drink lots of water or coconut water.   Don't lose hope and keep with it!!😊

You have done an amazing job so far!! You should b v proud of urself and I hope this inspires you to continue to reach your December target. As Joseph says, keep an eye on ur diet and kerp pushing your body - it needs to be challenged to change 😊
