What do you do on your rest days??
So I'm new to exercising and I exercised Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I'm am so sore today!! I've made Sundays my rest days but I feel like if I don't do something I won't get ahead. So what do you on your rest days?
Some stretches and/or foam rolling. But just when i feel like it. Usually after legday this urge is bigger than after upperbody.
