What do you do on your rest days??

So I'm new to exercising and I exercised Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I'm am so sore today!! I've made Sundays my rest days but I feel like if I don't do something I won't get ahead. So what do you on your rest days?

Never more than 1/2 hour on rest days but some folks walk for up to an hour if its casual

you should have two rest days, ur body is healing so they are very very important to take.  i always feel weird too like i should be doing something some times i will just do a good long stretch sesson just to loosen up make sure u drink lots of water on ur rest days

Some stretches and/or foam rolling. But just when i feel like it. Usually after legday this urge is bigger than after upperbody.

It's very complicated, so listen carefully: rest. :) rest is important work hard on gym days and rest hard on rest days
