so on my second rest day i wake up with massively sore and stiff calf why because of the three charlie horses i got during the night. i go all workout week with out straining anything just to jack up calf while i sleep. hahaha

Hey Jill..try doing some yoga before and after your workouts..even do some on your off days..I swear it works..but for sure enjoy the off days..
