Hello jignesh, I do follow my own motivation, which is pretty high. Every once in a while extra motivation is beneficial in my case!

Just remember motivation comes from you. Its what you want to look like not what anybody else wants. If you dont do it for yourself you're not as likley to feel like you need to do it.

You're so right Matt I just get those few days each week that are dreadful. Need that extra push, after more progress I'll be abe to whip through an entire week no problem.
