Here's some ways that u can challenge urself..it's what I do anyways...:-)
1- when ur watching tv,do 10 pushups for every commercial that comes on (big bang theory) had 40 commercials, in hour show,400 pushups just in an hour:-) (if pushups are to tiring rotate, situps,body squats, or pullups) but whatever u choose to do,always keep pushing urself..
2- when at beach,Sprint to the water,then after cooling off 25 pushups, 25 crunches then lay back down and relax:-)
3-i love playing pool..and when I play I do the following: every miss shot is (10 pushups, every scratch is 25, if cue ball that's knocked off table is 40 pushups, and scratch on 8 ball is 50 pushups) and yes,I look like an idiot doing it at the pool hall in front of everyone there,but who cares it's only going to either make me a better pool player,or get me real fit. .either one is good for me:-)
4-if u like bowling..for every pin that isn't knocked down is 5 pushups
5- while doing laundry,how many loads u do is how many (pushups,situps,body squats,pull ups) x 100 reps
6-While at the DMV, 15 triceps dips on chairs..every 5 minutes, ..I got to 115 last time I was at DMV before number was called.
7- getting texts per day,(300 texts..=300 reps- jumping jacks/pushups, situps,pull ups,body squats..etc..
So there u go..but just remember drink at least a gallon of water a day,eat 6 small meals a day (gain/lose weight) God Bless!!

Hahaha. Those are great ideas! I haven't watched tv in years though but I'll definitely keep track of pushup punishments from pool. (Better do them at home though, if I'm in party clothes. Actually, best to do them at home, full stop.)
