I go 4 to 5 times a week to the gym and do cardio and weight training. The work is defenitely paying off !! :)

Varies depending on my home life. Can be twice daily with of rest day per week but it can also be one every other day. That's the benefit of not needing to work out.
I don't go to the gym at the moment. I just do the exercises listed on here and try to eat healthy
Is it a bad thing to workout 7/7 days? If so what are the risks?
Bodyweight training Mon-Thu, I got to the gym Friday, jog Saturday. And rest on Sunday.
5 to 6 days a week & it's working out for me too.
Well...I workout everyday for 30min+ ...can't go too crazy since I'm still a teen...
45 mins x 4 days per week. I generally do 2 different bodyparts each day.
3-4x a week is enough.. :-)
