Find yourself an Amino-acid complex, preferably BCAA (Branch-Chain Amino Acids) also Whey protein (when used as directed on the label) can be very helpful, H20 (water), Milk (Calcium & Magnesium) also Phenylalanine, Tyrosine, and my personal opinion would be DHEA

Just remember, always consult with your doctor, physicist, or local pharmacist before you start talking Any vitamin, or supplement.

Don't waste your money on certain. It packs on water weight not muscle.
