Does this sound like a good regime that will get results?

If so, how long should I expect to visibly see improvements? Each of these days, usually last a min of 45mjns - 2hrs. I usually keep going until I feel fatigued

If it trying to loose weight then you have to change Saturday with cardio and if not then everything is good asking u get good nutrition

No one can just tell you when and what improvements you will see. Too many variables- eating, training intensity, lifestyle...but looks like you have a solid plan. What about back and shoulders?
