I...need some help!!! Would it be better to loose tummy fat then build muscle or build as u are loosening fat...thx...B)

If you are looking for muscle gains your body needs those extra calories. Its called bulking every muscle builder gains fast when they are bulking (unless on steroids) then they have a cutting faze which they have a caloric deficit.  Now the trick is not to gain to much weight because when you gain fat your body makes more fat cells to store it when you lose that fat it then depleats those fat cells but they never actually go away.that is why it is so easy to gain weight back after losing it.
