New and confused!
So I'm new on here and not really sure where to start, anyone point me in tge the right direction? Also, I'm probably the type that needs encouraging or I go straight back to the bottom! Please help?
What to do thou, im trying with dieting/healthy eating, I've lost weight but I want to be able to tone up and loose weight at the same time although I dont want the scales to say I weigh more!
Pick some moderate workouts. Start there see how you do. We are all here for encouragement, but true motivation comes from inside you.
