running to sprinting to walking :/

will doing a combo of running/jogging for about 30 mins a day help me lose weight? plz someone say yes, that was hard! (and on a relatively healthy diet)

Yes its a great way to lose fat.
I love sprinting hard for 20 seconds then jog or walk for 40 then repeat as much as you want.
