Motivation help!!

I've been eating clean and working out for 2hrs a day for the past 12 days. I managed to gain 3 pounds, I feel so discouraged :-(

Don't be discouraged, with your workout do you do any weight training? Because you could possibly be gaining muscle. Stick to cardio mainly for a while. Losing weight is different than losing fat, yea sounds funny, but there's the chance of losing inches and not losing weight because of the density of muscle. Keep up the good work!
