new beginner , again

so I stopped working out a while ago and I'm ready to get back into it !
my eating habbits haven't been bad but can definetly improve!
today I tried to go jogging and could only last for a short amount of time so it was more of brisk walking than a jog.
tips to get back into everything? much appriciated!!!!
