Ok so whats a good workout on here that lets you let your anger out cuz im sad and mad
A long walk or run or punch the pilow or qusion or punching bag if the gym has one n listin to music when workout
It depends on how mad I am. Sometimes a good hard fast run burns it out of me. Sometimes I beat the hell out of my punching bag lol!
Shadow boxing or heavy bag....hitman returns is good( punch bag for 20 sec. Then pushups for 20) then weights. Hitting heavy bag is excellent for stress anger.....alot!
