Okay...so I just wanted to see...how many of you do take extra supplements or anything to help with your sport etc.? I don't go on any myself...I just get what I need in my body by food xD Plus I never know what actually to go on...meal replacements are sooooo not my thing :|
I drinks a protein shake before and after every work out but im new on here myself
I used herbalife the 24line it great and I've work out and take that lost 85lbs so far
Im not too big on supplements. But there are a few who have proven to be benefitial.
