Sick for 3 days....still

I think I'll be back to workout mode after the weekend and all the effects of the drugs wear off. I was doing good. Any advise for getting back in the game?

Just take it slow, don't try going in to your workouts like you were doing before becoming sick. The body itself has to build up as well. So start off light and be sure to be hydrated!

Yeah dude take it easy, bring it back slow. I've been healthy and totally made myself sick from working out too much and fatiguing my system, so after being sick you gotta be even more careful.
