Running is the most relaxing, stress reliever.... next to yoga, tai chi and qi gong.....
I just ran(and walk) for 45 minutes and burned 399 calories!!!
I run too I do 5k races and train hard my training for this year made me run an average of 48miles a week
Not really. Running is hard and boring for me. However, it's good cardio so I find ways to motivate myself to run.
Lately it's the desire to pass my taekwondo fitness test, and the Zombies, Run! interval trainer app that get me moving. In the latter case more like sprinting!
I'm fast, but no stamina.. I can't pace myself.. :/
I did before the accident but for the past 2 years I've hated it because it hurt but its getting better and don't hurt as bad I just wish it wasn't so cold
