Im in school so yeah dieting gets hard and Im finding it hard to stay away from junk food while it surrounds me. Il do it for a day er two then I lose Motivation. Any tips to stay Motivated? Any Meal Suggestions?

I had the same problem. How I fixed it is when I was thinking of eating junk food I would take sip of water or find some healthy food that fills you up. And make your own lunch full of healthy stuff. And drink a lot of water or tea (I love earl grey)
