What is the sugar grams?

My personal rule is to avoid more processed and aim for more raw. So i avoid say rice crispies, chex etc. Yes they have all those vitamins they add, but are often high sugar, low fiber and low protein.  i go for muesli, bulk granola, kashi etc. I watch granolas closely though...many of the mass marketed ones have lots  of sugar and potentially lots of fat too (i dont mind the fat so long as its from nuts and brings protein and fiber with it) my kids say the more it looks like bird food the more likely i am to eat it, and i suppose they are right(!) as this will usually include a good blend of protein, fiber and healthy fats.

I was a big fan of cereal when i was a child not anymore. When i look at the ingredients on the cereal boxes the sugars are so daggum high that its ridiculous! ! So i just stay away. Thanks for ur imput:-) i was wondering!

which kind? i use to eat the strawberry until i noticed the sugar grams. So i dont eat it at all. Once in a while ill add the plain in place of granola to my fruit parfait
