After my last couple of workouts I have realized that I have lost a lot of flexibility especially my legs. Anyone have a good workout to target this? Also I am new to this app and looking for accountabilabuddies and motivation so please follow, thanks.

Yoga.  Plenty of it.  It will improve your flexibility.

Try doing a full split training and its going to harder for you just because you have muscular legs. .. it took me 6 months before I was able to do full splits and find it on YouTube
