If you are eating right, exercising, working out and not seeing changes right away. Remember you didnt get to where you are over night ,its not gonna change over night. Keep your head up. Keep pushing. Dont let yourself fall prey to lie that its not helping. Every little step you do is heading towards a healthier you! Get up! Get at it!
