So, I'm not looking to lose weight. I'm actually wanting to gain weight and tone up majorly! I used to be super fit, but an eating disorder left me weak and malnourished.
It's time to shape up! Is there anyone out there in my situation or have tips to gain weight the healthy way?

Hi Erin! If you wanna gain weight you should eat more protein. Meat is a fast track for that but guys like Timothy Bradley (WBO welterweight champion) are eating vegan food and therefore lots of beans and nuts (which are great for snacks aswell)
