Hey skimblers. This is for you that don't know about the myfitnesspal app.
It's one of the best if not thee best weightloss tool at your arsenal. Type in your age, height and current weight and it will calculate how many calories you need to loose weight, gain weight or maintain. There's thousands of foods to choose from, you can even scan a barcode on any food item and it will give you all the nutritional information and tell you how many calories that food item has. So it makes calorie counting so much easier. Just give it a try...
