Its Time To Make A New Challenge & Change For My Health & Body *Praying To The Lord For Strength & A Strong Mind* Lead With The Mind,Your Body Will Follow!!

-6:20am Pure Cardio
-12pm Weight Training

Normally I Do My Regular Routine All At 0nce Within An Hour 0r 30min More. I Am Challenging Myself To Wake Up Extra Early. Have More Dedication To My Mind & Physical Well Being
