Hi the hardest thing is getting started set a time and day and stick to it and change up your routine I find myself getting bored but with this app gives you many different exercises to work many different areas keep it new and interesting.

Hi I workout at home too! It's limited unlike in a gym but it's still fun. And with this app I enjoyed working out at home more. And their workouts really help.

I think the best way to start off an get motivated. Is to do things you like to do. Your just beginning so experiment with deferent excirsizes an see if it works for you. Working out , loosing weight, or gaining it shouldn't be a chore but something you enjoy.
