Guuys help!!!!need some workouts to burn my belly fat as soon as possible .. i have about 15% and lower body fat...

Drink half your body weight in water and do cardio everyday.

I know about all of that .i want specific exercises if it is possible..anyway thanks for your reply

If u do all that that's how u'll lose it. Try the 2 week detox from South Beach Diet. I saw results pretty quickly & add 30 day intense workout. You should be able to see results pretty fast. I know this cuz I carry belly weight & can be lazy about it or get discouraged after a few days. Just push thru! I'm actually telling myself this. Motivators is seeing what my body could be & what it looks like now. Right down ur game plan & just do it.

Someone brought it to my attention that my first statement was worded inaccurately.  Thank you.  I mean u drink the water in ounces equivalent to half your body weight.  i.e. if you weigh 200lbs drink 100oz of water.
