Hi all, I have been doing zumba since two months and it really feels amazing after it. I would totally like to recommend this to anyone. Feel free to ask me anything about it if you wanna know.
I have taken Zumba classes before, and I don't get much of the work out only then keeping me, was the cute girls that like the one guy secure enough to go but is there any way to up the intensity, or will I just have to quit going?
Well Brandon, one needs a reason to be in intense mood to be fit. If being with the cute girls, let it be. But let me tell you friend, I found zumba leads to much more calorie burn than anything else. I, personally, tried gym, swimming, yoga, and now this zumba.
