Getting back on track
I'm just beginning to get back on top of my weightloss. It's always been a problem for me after I had children. The crazy thing is, I lost weight last year, about thirty pounds, and went down to 158. Being 5'7 that was a little too thin for me. Everyone said I didn't look right. Now, I've gained more than what I lost back! Part of it was from a recent miscarriage...I just want to feel good about myself again. If you seen me, you would just say I'm thick (big butt and breast) but I weigh 210 :-(. My husband loves it of course....a little much but would like some support with this.
I'm the same height and currently 15 lbs heavier. I'm also working on losing weight.
Well we could motivate each other! I think it was stress from my job and the crazy hours that made me gain weight. Plus living in the country doesn't help when it comes to having the resources to eat healthy and inexpensively.
