Working out even through difficult times

The past three weeks I've been lacking in the fitness department. Some days five minutes or less spent on improving my health/body. Now I need to keep pushing and get back into my regular routine. How have you dealt with life changing events and manage exercising through challenging times? Yesterday was my 1st day completing a full workout in a long while and it felt great!

I can relate. I do bodybuilding. I'm going through a hard life lesson and it causes me a lot of stress and frustration. I use it as fuel to push me through workouts. Look foward to workouts because at that moment when I'm struggling to push the weight up I forget all my troubles and worries. Feels amazing. Will never stop weightlifting!

I'm really struggling with confidence I need motivation I need help I'm a rugby player hooker and flank but I wanna try out centre next season/year I need to lose weight any suggestions
