The past three weeks I've been lacking in the fitness department. Some days five minutes or less spent on improving my health/body. Now I need to keep pushing and get back into my regular routine. How have you dealt with life changing events and manage exercising through challenging times? Yesterday was my 1st day completing a full workout in a long while and it felt great!
