I like working out but sometimes I start thinking I can't or I just stop wanting to. I really need someone to keep me focused and help me get through the down times.

Just wanting to get fit:) I run 3 miles mostly every other day and do strength training on opposite days.

Getting fit is a good objective. I like to run 4-5 times a week, and strength train 3-4 times. I know it isn't easy to stay motivated all the time but once you get into a run or workout you feel good. Remember that feeling and you'll find your motivation, and we're here to keep each other going too!

How do you get people to do it with you on here? Sounds weird but I too would love that, at times its hard to keep going and even start a workout some mornings/afternoons

From what I understand there's a messenger on here you can chat and pick a workout and both do it. Kinda keep encouraging one another to stay on track.
