What goals do you have?
I'm losing motivation as well without a buddy.
Getting fit is a good objective. I like to run 4-5 times a week, and strength train 3-4 times. I know it isn't easy to stay motivated all the time but once you get into a run or workout you feel good. Remember that feeling and you'll find your motivation, and we're here to keep each other going too!

How do you get people to do it with you on here? Sounds weird but I too would love that, at times its hard to keep going and even start a workout some mornings/afternoons
