Got a nice ache in my abs after this mornings workout! Must mean I did a good job right?

Got any tips for quick recovery or prevention?

Epsom salt bath as hot as you can stand for 15 mins. Also helps with toxin detox

May I suggest a protein supplement minutes after your workout next time?
But for now enjoy the burn it reminds u that u earnt it!! Don't worry I am feeling sore too,legs,arms,abs,butt n chest. Hurts good.
