BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!! AT THE END DO 1 MINUTE OF MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, AND 1 MINUTE OF BURPEES! DO AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION! AND STOP IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT ALL!!! DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!
Go get it bro! Destroy and conquer! Remember this is a circuit type joint so use some decent weight, probably like some 15s or 20s. Take little to no break between exercises, and at the end of each round take like a minute or two rest, and go to the next round.
