I been slacking, I been working and running with my dog but i wont do anything else because I am so lazy now, I did like 40 minutes workouts everyday. But now only like running and maybe a 9 minute workout I need someone to keep me motivated!

Hi... I'm the same way. I need some motivation as well. I think if Ur able to workout the same time daily and make it an scheduled event to follow it may help.
