Hello, I'm looking for friends to help me with this new challenge in my life. I used to run alot but I stopped. Now I'm trying to get back to running and exercise but I need friends to support me and motivate me not criticized me. I have balance problems and bad left knee due to a medical problem that happened 5 yrs ago. Any suggestions on how to work on my balance?

Yoga will help you...but jus go easy on it...take care of ur knee....try a few exercises only fr knee joints....
