Hello, I'm looking for friends to help me with this new challenge in my life. I used to run alot but I stopped. Now I'm trying to get back to running and exercise but I need friends to support me and motivate me not criticized me. I have balance problems and bad left knee due to a medical problem that happened 5 yrs ago. Any suggestions on how to work on my balance?

Yoga is good as well as certain exercises in thIs app. Just make sure you check with your physician. You don't want to further injure yourself.

first, just pray before you do your activities, eat as well for you to have your strength in your activity. you'll gonna burn it as well, lastly be confident.:-) good luck and be safe.

Yoga will help you...but jus go easy on it...take care of ur knee....try a few exercises only fr knee joints....
