How long should a person do sport every day? :)
I play sport 3 times a week. Although I think once a week is fine.
At least 1 hour.
I do sport about 4 times a week and then do my workout routine at home on a weekend but as long as you don't overdo yourself, as much as your comfortable 1 a week is fine. However I am 14 so I would talk to someone in the sporting industry instead of listening to me
I play soccer twice a week..does help a lot!!!!so twice should b alright
Doctors say at least 30min a day. Although a hour is recommended.Walking counts.
It all depends on your fitness level...the more you can handle the more you can involve....outdoor sports are very good cardio exercises....and they are a fun way of doing cardio
