During the week I do great with my eating, exercise, and staying with a schedule. The weekend come and it seems almost automatic to regress to pizza and football. College on Saturday and pros on Sunday. Add 7 year olds daughter in the mix and it gets worse. I need help with suggestions on not loosing those valuable weekend workout days and proper dieting on the weekends. Thanks guys.
You're the only person that can change this. Stay focused and kick yourself a little bit harder. I'm sure you can do it.
Hi, Paul.it seems there are a lot of things which needs your attention...it's good to be busy....regarding your schedule,it seems ok...when you are working so hard on weekdays,then your fitness level must be good...and you are playing football on weekend...that's itself is a very good cardio...just minimize your pizza craving....and enjoy your life...and be busy....its a gift when in moderation
I'm not playing football. I wish I had friends that played in the weekends. Mostly I'm just watching football on the couch eating pizza. It's my biggest vice when it comes to dieting. After 2 days of it I feel insanely bloated come Monday morning.
