How to keep day to day motivation???

I have a job where my schedule's not set so I can be 1st, 2nd or 3rd anytime also can be mandated which means I have to stay and cover another shift. I work in a detention center. I find myself tired alot and no energy to workout I had a partner which kept me going but with her now having a busy schedule we can't how to keep Myself motivated?????

Have workout buddy is a good idea
But yiu also need to have a log to see your progress (ex: when you increase the weight of yours dumbbels)

Thanks that will probably help if I track the progress I'll feel more motivated if I see changes

I work in a detention center as well so I understand how crazy the scheduling can be. I just try to either workout with the kids during rec or try to slip at least a 15 minute workout after work. I know with staffing it's sometimes hard to workout with them but it's an idea. Good luck!
