Tonight at 17:30 I'm running 3.5km on tar :) Ideas on what to eat before and after etc.? Don't drink energy drinks/protein shakes so yea...
Help? Thx x

Eat a banana about 15 minutes before you run and drink chocolate milk after your run.

I think, date is very good for you, You can eat dates after running

The only thing I would add to the previous comments is a spoonful or so of peanut butter after the run. It is true that running requires mostly carbs, but a little bit of protein will help your muscles recover better. Good luck :)

Well...before my run I ate a banana with a tbs of peanut butter x_x and I ended up coming 10th out of 500+ people so I'm pretty proud xD Go bananas and peanut butter!! Plus my muscles aren't sore :D
