Yeah brown rice is amazing and good. Google "brown rice cleanse." I eat about a cup a day but not more cuz I need the rest of my calories from fruits veggies and proteins.
You can (and should) enjoy your fav foods... just enjoy them in moderation. Whole grains are higher in fiber and beneficial to good health. Log your foods so you'll be less likely to go over your carb allowance. :-)
