Trying to g et myself in shape lose some weight n prepare myself for sheriffs dept physical agility exam but idk exactly where to start

Not knowing your current fitness level makes it difficult.  Generally what you are looking to do is build up endurance. Usually on police websites they tell you what they assess. Almost certainly it will involve a shuttle run. Which is a progressive test running between two lines 15-20 metres apart. So download a bleep test app and see where you are. The most important thing us if you are not experienced at working out. You need to start small. Again try push up, pull up apps that gradually build your strength
