Best time of the day?

Is there any time of the day that its better to workout and walk on the treadmill? Any certain time after meals or anything helpful you all can tell me? Thanks :)

I like to work out 45 minutes after eating I always drink chocolate milk after a hard work out too.

I Usually do mine before and after work. Before work,intense, after work, yoga stretching stuffs

If you Workout in the morning, particularly cardio, it gives your metabolism a boost :)
